Educational Needs Assessment and Training Activities Evaluation results highlighted certain needs regarding the preparation of pre-primary school services’ teachers. A training plan has been drafted including a complete sections’ planning. The plan is the result of a negotiation with pre-school teachers’ and manager foreseen in order to target trainings’ aim on actual needs and avoid logistical problems. To this purpose, some meetings have been held to discuss Educational Needs Assessment results and following the first draft of the Training Action Plan. Following to the introductory workshop, open discussion meetings have been organised within the communities to widen participation to decision-making process.
