An active pool of people that successfully facilitates professional qualification and hiring processes for Abu el Nomros job seekers and that is able to give life to innovative productions in the local community.
The SFC aims at creating employment and income generating opportunities in the area of Abu el Nomros, networking job supply and demand with training providers and implementing specific production development interventions in order to improve the local economy's dynamics. The SFC believes in and promotes professional qualification and entrepreneurship, working for the sustainable development of the all community. Special attention is given to underprivileged groups like women whose economic participation is encouraged through trainings and income generating activities. The successful achievements of the women of the CDA Tailoring Center and Kitchen shows how much important their economic potential is, if correctly trained and well integrated in the market.

- Job recruitment office : Job seekers’ database and personnel research services for enterprises.
- Professional and vocational training courses’ information and advisory for job seekers and new graduates.
- Organization of the most market-demanded vocational training courses , both inside companies and training centers, and support to the attendance of people from Abu el Nomros.
- Support youth to face the labour market getting them in contact with companies and factories helping in writing CV and advising them on how to manage interviews
- Product development training among artisans, small businesses and marginalized people.
- Community awareness events on issues related to employment and trainings.
- Organize exhibitions for the products of Abu El Nomros community.
- Offer service for market link for small enterprises and artisans.
- English club addressed to new graduated youth and students to give them the opportunity to practise and learn English with a native speaker in order to improve their linguistic skills and fit the job market requirements.
